Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind purchases. This includes:

incorrect selections

ordering too much or too little product

colour or texture variation preferences

delays caused by customer scheduling changes

simply deciding you no longer want the product
We strongly encourage customers to confirm measurements, quantities, colours, and suitability before ordering.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

is faulty or defective

is significantly different from its description or sample

is not fit for its intended purpose
If you believe your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

Products must be inspected before installation. We cannot accept claims for tiles or materials that have already been installed unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Special Orders
Special order items, custom products, and indent products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Natural Variation
Many tiles, stone products, and handmade finishes contain natural variation in colour, shade, texture, and pattern. These variations are part of the product’s design and are not considered faults.
